Instructions/Storage
Latkes have been fully cooked and flash-frozen prior to shipping. It is normal for them to become fully or partially thawed during transit and it is perfectly fine to re-freeze them. Immediately or as soon as possible after delivery, remove the latke containers from the shipping box and store them in your freezer. Your latkes will maintain their quality when stored frozen for up to 1 year.

Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
